Last week when I announced my first blog post in over a year, it was a major fail as no one was able to read any of my blog posts. Failure, but a lesson learned. I hadn’t posted on the blog in so long that it crashed! Thankfully it’s fixed and everything is back up and running. Check out last week’s post if you didn’t get a chance to see it. 😉
Before having to prep for hurricane Matthew this week, I was able to take some great shots with my friend and talented photographer Walter Pratt. He also took the images in my last blog post.
Walter and I have been friends for several years, and he is actually one of my few Colombian friends. This is unique as we relate to many “Colombian things”, like food for example lol, since we are both from the same city, Cali. Anyway, he is moving to NYC this week and we decided to take some shots while he’s still in town. He’ll still be back and forth from NYC to Miami, for those who need a talented photographer or videographer in those areas. Walter is also Bella’s dad! Many of you who follow my Snaps and Instastories @lisaonearth, have seen pics and videos of Bella. Will miss them! Check out some of my favorite images from this week’s shoot in the gallery below.
In other news, this week I also had a successful closing for one of my listings. This was an important closing for me as the owner had been trying to sell the home since 2009. Many other, more experienced agents, tried to sell the home but failed. I myself had provided 5 offers and also failed to close the deal. However, after working diligently, having a lot of patience and negotiating like a boss, I was finally able to find a great buyer who closed on the home even earlier than expected.
The home is a stunning Spanish style villa nestled on a charming street in Miami Beach. Featuring large spacious rooms, marble and wood flooring throughout, two terraces on the second and third floor respectively, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and more. Step outside to the pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area. The 5-Bedroom 4-Full Bath sold at $2.45M, $645 per square foot.
On to the next one! I love being a Real Estate Agent and will continuously work to get better and better. I have several owners depending on me right now, hope to have more success stories coming soon. Wish me luck!
Switching topics – I’m looking for some new boutiques & online stores to try, any suggestions? Will keep you posted on what I find 🙂
